In this context of state modernization and Brazil’s increased integration into the international scene, the firm began to operate prominently and with a high degree of quality in structuring foreign companies and their businesses in Brazil, providing all necessary legal support in various areas of Business Law, including Corporate Law, Tax Law, Contracts, Civil Litigation, Labor Law, Banking Law, and Real Estate Law.

Furriela Advogados was also one of the first law firms to offer specialized legal services in Environmental Law, including an ESG-focused practice, an area in which we not only represent our clients but also actively contribute to its development through participation in the drafting of legislative and regulatory texts related to the subject. Another pioneering practice developed by Furriela Advogados is the Third Sector Law and Non-Governmental Organizations one.
